Multisport September 15 - 17

A total of 13 teams from across the London, Southern and South East regions competed at the 2006 Multisport at Mill Rythe, Hayling Island.

This years Indian Summer meant that the weather was perfect throughout the weekend. Mill Rythe again provided us with excellent food and entertainment and our crack team of organisers kept their pledge to make this the best Multisport yet.

Our regions were of course the pioneers of Multisport and held the first way back in 1984. The events this year were:-

1. Super Scrabble
2. Skittles organised
3. GK Quiz organised
4 Table Football organised
5. Volleyball
6. Archery
7. Kwik Cricket
8. Pitch & Putt
9. The Obstacle Race

Thanks are due for a job well done to our team of organisers John Butterfield, Ray Allen, Steve Rice, Phil Harrod, Neil Lashley, Pat Wood, Nigel Harris, Chris Lock, James Kennedy, Gemma Fabian, Mamta Das and Reg & Rita Wheeler.

Pictures taken during the weekend

We've put together a selection of the best pictures we took over the weekend. We've tried to convey a flavour of the event - it's not practical for us to publish every shot or each team in detail!
