CSSC London Management Board
The CSSC London Management Board is responsible for oversight of all of CSSC London's business.
The various CSSC activities in London - the Regional Council and activities programme, and the two clubs/centres at Chadwick Street and Chiswick - were brought under a single organisation during 2003. CSSC staff are responsible for the day-to-day running of the clubs and facilities and the activities programme, overseen by the CSSC London Management Board (covering the interests of members
and of affiliated organisations in the London area). For further information see background documents below.
The members of the Management Board are volunteers appointed by CSSC (with the exception of the CSSC London Manager). The current members are:

The CSSC London Management Board generally meets approximately every 6 weeks throughout the year.
The Chadwick Street and Chiswick Managers and Business Development
Executive (BDE) / Events Team staff normally attend CSSC London
Management
Board meetings.
Much of the work of the Management Board is carried out within specialist working groups (led by specific Board members as indicated) as follows:
- Sport and recreation - Dave Bower
- Finance - Dave Graham
- Communications and publicity - David Pearson (also website manager)
- Recruitment, retention and DA relations - Ian Hughes
- Volunteer support and diversity - Chris Scott
- Development (Chadwick Street and Chiswick) - Nigel Harris
- St Lucia / Barbados Challenge - Peter Jones
These groups meet or correspond regularly throughout the year as necessary.

Contacting the CSSC London Management Board
Most routine business should be raised with the CSSC London Manager, John Butterfield, in the first instance (see contacts for John's details).
Exceptionally, if CSSC members in London need to draw any matters directly to the attention of the Board, please email lmb@cssc-london.co.uk indicating if you want it to be read by any particular member. Your email will be read in the first instance by the volunteer website manager, who will pass it on quickly to the relevant member(s) of the Board - or to the CSSC London Manager - or respond directly - according to agreed protocols.
Annual Report and Accounts
An Annual Meeting - open to all CSSC members in London - is held each year and provides an opportunity to review the Annual Report and Accounts and to discuss any matters of interest to members.
