Raise money for The Prostate Cancer Charity whilst getting your own fitness checked and a chance to take part in Gemma’s FREE Stretch and Relaxation class.
CSSC London is offering its members a fitness test for only £5 per person. All proceeds made on the night will go to Charity. As part of your Fitness Test you will be given a:
- Cholesterol Test
- Body fat percentage test
- Glucose reading
- Weight/ height comparison
- Body water content and muscle mass test
- BMI (Body mass index)
- Free mini Stretch and relaxation class (optional)
Our resident aerobics instructor will be offering a mini stretch and relaxation routine which you can take part in either before or after your Fitness Test.
