Departing from Portsmouth on Thursday evening at 21.15, you will set out on a three night excursion to Bilbao and back, touching English soil again on Sunday evening at approx 17.00.
Whilst on board, you’ll be able to sip cocktails in the bar, catch the latest films in the cinema or try your luck in the casino. There should also be the opportunity to spot whales and other sea life from on deck, or you could use the on board fitness centre and swimming pools to work off the food and drink from the night before!
There will be plenty of things going on to keep you busy – and remember, it wouldn't be a cruise without cabaret – so be prepared for some interesting evening entertainment!
For those of you with a large appetite, there is a wide range of tasty cuisine available on board – ranging from mouth-watering à la carte to family favourites in the self service carvery, and a sizzling selection of spicy tapas dishes. Very tasty!
In true CSSC style, we will be organising some optional team activities on board, ranging from quizzes to dominoes and maybe even Texas Hold’ em Poker. These will be optional so if you just want to do your own thing, that’s fine by us.
Upon arrival in Bilbao, there are three fascinating excursions available at a small charge (approximately £10 per person) to help you make the most of your time in Spain.
You can choose from a visit to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao where you can marvel at the modern art plus the landmark design of the building or perhaps you prefer to relax and take our trip along the coast to a historic Spanish fishing village, or finally choose to take a guided walking tour to explore old Bilbao city. After your excursion, it will be time to get back on board and head for home.
How to book
Prices start from £65 per person (please see the Price Matrix below), so spaces on this trip will be in demand. Please make sure you book up early to avoid disappointment!
The price for members includes the cruise, use of the on board facilities, evening entertainment and 3 nights accommodation.
Due to the expected high level of interest for the cruise, members are
allowed to bring a maximum of three guests.
Non – members are welcome, however, they will incur an additional £10 charge per person. Those eligible to join CSSC must do so. If a member and a non-member wanted to share a 2 berth outside cabin, the price would be £90 for the member and £100 for the non-member. Total: £190.00.
